Delivering Global
Comfort - Now helping in Pakistan
8/20/10 The disaster in Pakistan is a focus of
WorldBed. We are currently working with Giving
Children Hope to get our first WorldBeds sent to
Pakistan. Please help with your donations.
Providing
comfort in the wake of tragedy began with
response to Hurricane Katrina, in 2005. The
WorldBed humanitarian initiative, along with
business partners, provided over 11,000 people
with a better night’s sleep through 3,000
Emergency Field Beds distributed by the Red
Cross. These efforts were initiated through
Anatomic Global, Inc. the major sponsor of
WorldBed, Inc.
Responding to
the devastating earthquake that struck Haiti
this January, WorldBed, Inc. has partnered with
businesses and individuals (see list of donors
and partners) in order to alleviate at least one
of the many worries displaced Haitians must
face. When one has lost so much, the ability to
sleep soundly should not be amongst the missing.
Since then, WorldBed, Inc. has become a non
profit company seeking funding through
supporters and donations.
The long term
goal is delivering 200,000 WorldBeds which can
be accomplished with sponsorship and donations.
WorldBed has
teamed up with World Class Distribution partners
who have the years of experience and
distribution infrastructures in country. All
donations will be given priority attention
through World Vision, CARE, World Hope, Giving
Children Hope and Calvary Churches to ensure
that the WorldBeds are in the hands of people of
need.
By donating
your money or services to WorldBed, you too can
become an advocate of comfort. For more
